What courses/qualifications are on offer?
There are 2 routes open to people to obtain recognised qualifications / accreditation. Both lead to nationally recognised qualifications. • LEVEL 3 CERTIFICATE IN NON-DOMESTIC ENERGY ASSESSMENT – Candidates achieving this award will be qualified to undertake EPCs on simple existing non-dwellings which can be modelled using the Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM). • LEVEL 4 DIPLOMA IN NON-DOMESTIC ENERGY ASSESSMENT – Candidates achieving this award will be qualified to undertake EPCs on all level 4 non-dwellings, including new build (from plans) which can be modelled using the Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM). With the level 4 diploma you are automatically qualified to assess level 3 buildings as well.
