Any of the following activities: · Any club-sponsored project that is open to the entire membership · Time spent planning for projects (not including regular board meetings) · Transportation to and from a project up to an hour (stops for meals, etc., do not count) The following activities cannot be reported: · Conventions (i.e. ICON, DCON) · Projects restricted to other groups (such as church youth group service trips) · Fundraisers for the club.
