What country capitals of the world do not have a McDonalds?
It is difficult to nail down an answer to this question because the McDonalds Corporation grants themselves geographic liberties when making claims about where they have a presence. In fact, McDonalds is in far fewer nations than they claim for the simple reason that they list numerous territories and dependencies as yet another international presence. For example, they claim to have stores in the United States, and Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and Guam, and the Virgin Islands, and Saipan. They count that as six countries… a 5th Grade student would probably know those are all parts of the United States. Also note that the information on the Wikipedia page is so full of inaccuracies that it is often useless. Inconsistencies, conflicting information, and domineering users who are insistent that The Isle of Man, Guam, and Gibraltar must be counted as sovereign nations on the McDonalds page render that page of questionable value.
