There are two countries with precisely the same legal system: England and Wales. I can’t think of any other two countries which have precisely the same legal system. To move to the main thrust of your question: you would either have to qualify as a lawyer in England and Wales (which means Bar exams or Solicitors’ Law Finals after your degree) and then apply to transfer in Australia, taking further exams, or you would move to Australia after your degree and apply for exemption as the holder of a law degree in another common law jurisdiction before qualifying.
