What countries flags are at the South Pole?
The flags of the original signatories to the Antarctic Treaty (who had territorial claims over, or national or scientific interest in the Antarctic) are flown at (or rather near, since the Pole moves) the South Pole. They are: Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Chile, France, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States, USSR was a signatory, so the flag of the Russian Federation is now flown.
