What countries are the worst ones?
Some countries are more prepared and have more resources to fight against the tobacco epidemic. For other countries, either for lack of resources or economic dependency, it takes longer to react to this threat. But in general, the world is becoming more aware about the negative effect that tobacco has on peoples health and economies, and the vast majority of governments have it as a high priority on their health agendas.
