Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Bolivia, Argentina In the actual mountains the climate is VERY COLD, It’s surprising. It can generally reach below 30° F at night. But all of these countries have a secondary (or even tertiary) climate zone. For example in Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador and Colombia are in the Amazon Basin so that area is VERY HOT.
