What could Telstra HR’s strategy be?
Last year Telstra pushed through thousands of AWA individual contracts in a last gasp attempt to achieve what we consider is their ultimate HR strategy. We believe Telstra HR would like to see a workforce with no collective arrangements, where your hours, performance targets and thereby your ability to earn “at risk” pay can be changed, with no real say on your part. They want to ensure you have no future access to your union.
