What Could Be The Problem With The Volkswagen Jetta?
i would suggest that the radio and the sytarting problem are two sepperate issues.the radio would be a minor problem and easily remedied proberbly just a bad permenant live feed or bad earth.the starting problem would be ignition or fuel problems on an earlier model of course the more modern the car the harder it is to diognise e.g immobiliser problems.what should you try?the first thing is to see if you have a good spark at the plugs.alot depends on the specs of the car it is hard to diagnose without knowng the engine specs.
