What could be the cause of no period?
Things that may cause you to skip or delay your period are stress, depression, new medications, and activeness! If you do a lot of running, walking, or exercising in general, this could cause you to skip your period. I never thought that stress could cause someone to skip or delay their period until it happened to me. Your new diet is probably putting stress on your body & could be causing your period to delay. No worries! Please try to increase your calorie intake though. 500 calories a day can’t be healthy. Be careful!
