What could be causing back pain after 20 days of treatment for kidney infection?

I have been treated with antibiotics for a kidney infection for the last 20 days, and have recieved both a CAT scan and a bladder scope that revealed no stones. My latest urine test looks clean, but I am still experiencing nausea and significant pain on my lower right back. My Doctors are stumped… Any idea what could be causing the pain, and how to treat it?
