What could a part-timer compare their terms and conditions with?
A part-timer will be able to compare their terms and conditions with those of a comparable full-timer. The comparable full-timer must be doing broadly similar work and where it is relevant, with similar skills and qualifications levels and experience. The comparator must work under the same kind of contract and in the same establishment as the part-timer, or if there is no comparator, within your place of work, a comparison can be made with a full-time employee working for the same employer in another place of work.
