• Specialists fees- equivalent fee level for general practitioner will be paid. • Over-the-counter items-(not requiring a prescription) even if recommended by a doctor, e.g. vitamins, back cushions, diet supplements, anti-smoking aids, weight loss products • Immunizations, e.g. travel vaccinations, flu vaccinations, Hepatitis vaccinations • Home care that is considered custodial care. Services of a RN or RNA will be considered with evidence from the doctor of your specialized needs.
