What costs are eligible for support ?
Eligible expenses include all those expenditures necessary to carry out the project, such as salaries and benefits for professional and technical staff, costs of materials, including equipment (value to be estimated according to accepted accounting depreciation formulas) purchase of technical services, telecommunications costs, project-related travel, consulting fees and other direct costs incurred in meeting the project objectives.
