What costs are covered by the fortnightly recurrent charges?
Recurrent charges cover costs relating to: • ACT Government charges, as applicable (eg. water rates and waste collection) • Building and other appropriate insurance • External building and grounds maintenance • Ongoing maintenance of internal fixtures and fittings supplied by IRT • Lift maintenance • Care call system monitoring • Security patrols • Common lighting and power • Operating and use of village centre and communal facilities • Operating and use of pool, gym and bus. Not covered by these fees are individual apartment/villa electricity, gas, telephone & personal contents insurance.
