What cost-comparison items are required on the Cost-Comparison Worksheet?
The following items are included on the Cost-Comparison Worksheet: • The cost of the commercial air flight(s) you normally would have taken. • If you are completing a voucher worksheet indicating that you were originally authorized to fly commercial air, but instead used another transportation mode, simply use the cost of the commercial air approved by your AO on your authorization. • The cost of any related Commercial Travel Office (CTO) fee that would have been charged if you had flown commercial air. • The normal cost of taxi or public transportation to and from the airport(s) that you would have incurred if you had flown commercial air. • A comparison of the en-route per diem costs related to your preferred transportation mode versus what they would be if you had flown commercial air.
