What copyright notices should ITTC faculty/staff/students use?
For ITTC, the University General Counsel’s office has determined that KUCR holds copyrights generated through our various labs. This doesn’t mean that ITTC can’t get credit or publicity for its work. Just add another statement after the copyright notice that credits work as coming from ITTC. Please use the following notice or check with Keith Braman, Associate Director of Applied Technology (kbraman@ittc.ku.edu), if you have questions. A MUST: Copyright 200X (Give year) The University of Kansas Center for Research, Inc. All Rights Reserved. YOU SHOULD ADD: This software (give name if you want) was developed at the Information and Telecommunication Technology Center (ITTC), (and if applicable) with the assistance of X Corporation (or agency, company, etc.).
