In keeping with university policy, the project must complement other university facilities in terms of architectural design and the nature and quality of materials to be used in construction. The plans for development of the siteincluding the hotel, conference center, and retail development–are subject to university approval of all material aspects of the project, including selection of the architect and contractor, plans and specifications, landscaping, signage, and selection of tenants for the retail operation.
