What controls which folders get synced and which just share items?

This is only possible after you have enabled sharing on the OsaSync Options page. The OsaSync Options page (in the PRO version) allows you to select or deselect the monitoring of Outlook items by OsaSync. You can deselect an Outlook item type for monitoring if you do not want to share or sync this item type at all. Deselecting an item type will gain performance because OsaSync creates wrapper objects for each outlook folder if it’s folder type is monitored.
