What content is preloaded in the management software?
Once you set up an account with KNEKTiX, you are given full access to every function of the modules. We do not preload data from your church into it for you, but we do provide standard document resources that are common (i.e. follow up letters to leaders and section leaders, rally week confirmation documents, scheduling documents, etc.). Each of these documents is provided in either Word, Excel or a PDF depending on ease of use, and they can be fully manipulated by the user. In addition, under the Manage Semesters module, we preload a standard semester preparation schedule that includes 37 fundamental tasks, placement for specific dates and who those tasks are assigned to. Again, we want to make it as easy as possible.
