What containers will work best for preserving food in bulk?

We have received many inquiries regarding 5 and 6-gallon pails for use in packaging foods and treating with nitrogen. We are not experts in this process by any means. Here is some basic information. For information regarding how to preserve the food, we recommend you contact your local Mormon Church. They do this on a regular basis and might be able to explain the process or treat the food for you. The 5-gallon pails are available in both white and natural. The natural pail you can see a water line through and the white you cannot. They are palletized 144/pallet. The 6-gallon pails are palletized 96/pallet. You do not have to purchase full pallets. They both take the same lids. Our customers use the LoVis cover with the gasket. These are packed 48/case. Again, you do not have to buy full cases.
