You can sync your Outlook and Outlook calendar items into WorkCenter by clicking on TOOLS and then the vSYNC option at the top of WorkCenter. You can also acquire an add-on module to sync WorkCenter contact and calendar items back into your Outlook folders. This is particularly important for PDA of Palm Pilot users. You can also export your ACT! data using the instructions on one of our flash videos and then import that data into WorkCenter. WorkCenter will also allow you to import Excel or text file formats using our import wizard. Additional CRM syncing is being considered for future releases.
