The names, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses are required for the QICP applicant’s responsible official, point of contact, and for the capability demonstration points of contacts. The names, titles, and resumes of personnel responsible for ongoing maintenance are also required, along with descriptions of their duties and responsibilities.
