What constitutes NIMS compliance in FY2008?
A. NIMS compliance for FY2008 will be achieved by completing the actions outlined in the NIMS Implementation Matrix for States/Territories and Tribal/Local Jurisdictions. Compliance will no longer be measured by self-certification (i.e., the checklist that you faxed in last year), but will transition to performance-based questions and a measurement system of “metrics”.
