NIMS compliance for FY2007 will be achieved by completing the actions outlined in the NIMS Implementation Matrix for States/Territories and Tribal/Local Jurisdictions (October 1, 2006 – September 30, 2007). Beginning in FY07 compliance will no longer be measured by self-certification, but will transition to performance-based questions and a measurement system of “metrics”.
