Title IV aid that could have been disbursed is grant or loan funds for which the student meets the conditions for a late disbursement. When entering the amount of loan funds, a school should enter the net amount disbursed or that could have been disbursed. The determination of which funds were disbursed versus those that could have been disbursed is made as of the date of the school’s determination that the student withdrew.
