Documentary evidence must be supplied to the effect that the candidate has successfully completed advanced training in a graduate/post-graduate program acceptable to Council. This includes: 1) A letter signed by the Dean or Associate Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry affirming that the candidate has completed all the requirements for graduation (including thesis defence where applicable). This letter should be sent directly to the RCDC office from the institution or in an envelope sealed by the institution: letters signed by Program Directors are NOT acceptable; or 2) a copy of your specialty program diploma or certificate certified by the university. Copies notarized by lawyers or notaries are NOT acceptable. Please do NOT send original copies of your diploma. If you require more information regarding proof of graduation, please contact the College office.
