What constitutes a valid signature?
A. On the face of each petition, the following information must appear next to each signer’s signature: • the signer’s residence address; • the signer’s date of birth or the signer’s voter registration number; • if the territory from which signatures must be obtained is situated in more than one county, the county of registration; • the date of signing; and • the signer’s printed name.
