What constitutes a “rush” and incurs an additional charge?
Most companies charge anywhere from 50% to 400% for rush service. We keep our rush charges significantly below the industry average as a value added service to our clients. The reality of the situation is that it costs us more in labor to keep staff on at overtime charges in the evenings or on weekends, so we must pass a portion of that cost on to our clients requiring rushes.
