What constitutes a good MCAT score?
Generally a scaled score of 10 or above in the BS, PS & VR and a scaled alphabetical score of N or above in the WS section of the MCAT is considered to be competitive by many US medical schools. However, acceptance into a US medical schools depends on the merit of the student’s complete application (the medical school of choice, MCAT score, overall GPA, science GPA, personal statement essay, health work experience & research).
