Any trip that uses any travel arrangements facilitated by the Union e.g. minibuses, hire cars, coaches or for which travel expenses will be claimed is regarded as an official trip. Any trip using club/society equipment is regarded as an official trip. Any trip facilitated through the auspices of club officials will be regarded as an official club trip.
