• When creating documents to be uploaded to a LearnJCU subject site, it is strongly recommended that you consider the following: • save in a format that can be opened by previous versions of the application (eg. save as Word 6 / 95 or RTF rather than Word 2000; or better still convert to a common format such as PDF) • use common fonts such as Time New Roman and Arial that that are installed on most machines to prevent the use of substitute fonts that might alter the appearance of your document.
