The following connection configurations have been tested and work fine! ===> Windows ME, & 98 connected to internet via LAN. Gateway machine uses dialout connection, with Windows ME running the Internet Connection Sharing protocol. Client machines internet settings set to connect directly to the internet. ===> Windows 98 connected to internet via LAN. Gateway machine has permanent connection to internet, with Windows 98 running the WINROUTE PRO proxy server. Client machine(s) internet settings set to connect to proxy server – set to Gateway’s IP address. ===> Windows 95 with internal MODEM. Is working fine when connected to internet prior to doing a JPEmail mass send or test message. JPEmail occasionally fails to bring up dialer if not already connected.
