What conditions must Southern Sudanese people meet in order to be able to vote?
To be eligible to vote in the Southern Sudan Referendum you must fulfil the eligibility criteria as defined in the Southern Sudan Referendum Act 2009 and further clarified in a letter written by the SSRC.
