P1 Licence holders must; • Display P plates; • Not exceed 80 km/h • Not exceed zero BAC. P2 Licence holders must; • Not exceed zero BAC. Both P1 and P2 licence holders are subject to 4 demerit points in any 12-month period unless they also hold a full licence of another class in which case they may accumulate up to 12 demerit points over a 3-year period.
