What condition are the bags in?
All of our bags are either brand new or in like new condition. All bags go through a rigorous quality control checks before they are sent to members. Occasionally, we may make available to selected members older bags from a higher membership category than that to which such members belong. For example, we may, from time to time, offer selected Diva-In-Training members bags from the Style Guru Collection which are older and therefore in less than perfect condition.
