What conclusions can be made about the court case Roe v. Wade ?
The climate surrounding roe vs wade was amazing and I think a lot of people now underestimate how significant it was to even bring this issue to light. I think a lot of us go through life assuming that everyone thinks the way that we do and have the same moral or ethical framework, when in fact there are many fundamental issues that we disagree on. Roe vs Wade gave women the right to choose what to do with their lives whether it affects the lives of others or not. I think whether you are pro-life or pro-choice you should accept each individual’s right to choose how to handle a personal issue like pregnancy in a way that is best suited for them. Women’s rights took a big step forward during the arguments and the case decision. A woman’s independence and ability to make choices for herself was also officially instated. No matter what decisions a woman makes, it is now her own based on her own sensibilities and situation, not to be decided by others- that is quite significant on many leve
