CELLnTEC’s PCT media contain a low concentration of calcium ideally suited to the isolation and culture of epithelial cells. No further adjustments to the calcium level are required. For specific situations where the calcium level must be reduced still further, calcium-free versions of the media are available. All calcium free media require the addition of some calcium for cell growth and attachment.
