What do you need these specs for? It really depends on if you’ll be using the computer for gaming animation, graphic design/web animation, or video editing because all three of those require great graphics and fast processing speed but each one also skews towards a different primary money sink (i.e. more RAM for your video card for gaming, more RAM in general for graphic design, a duel processor for video editing…) Since you’re already looking at Apples, you’re in the right neighborhood. 90% of the designers and editors I work with use MACs. This is their job and they’d be able to ask you all the right questions to get you the perfect Mac or MacBook.
