What computer requirements will I need to run the CD training program?
Windows XP® or Vista® operating systems 800 MHz Pentium® III or better 256 MB of RAM 24X CD-ROM or better 1024 x 768 display at 16-bit color Sound card and speakers What if the program doesn’t autostart when I insert the CD into the computer? Place the CD into your CD-ROM drive. Locate the .exe file and double-click to launch the program. Are there CEUs (Continuing Education Units) available with this CD series? Yes, each CD offers CEU credits. To receive your credits you must take the quiz and have an 80% pass rate. You may then print the certificate and mail it to ISA. Or if you have an internet connection at the end of each quiz you may submit your answers directly to ISA’s Certification Department.
