TaxTools will run under Windows with 4 megabytes but 8 megabytes is strongly recommended. If you have about $5,000,000 million in annual tax receipts, a 486-33 is the minimum recommended computer. Disk storage requirements depend on the number of tax returns maintained on file. As a guideline, a user with $5,000,000 in annual tax collections should allow about 10 megabytes for the TaxTools system and 24 months of history files. Additional history or tax types will require more space. A printer is required to print the management reports.
