What compounds can be set with a drywall plastering box?
I successfully use a plasterers flat box to set concrete ceilings and walls with the following compounds, cornice cement, smooth patch, paint texture, faring mortar and high build mortar . [Handy Hint] Premix cement additives in water and add to the patch compound for lump free mixture. [Handy Hint] When applying the ‘filler coat’s add pre soaked [overnight] vermiculite to the plaster mix and remove coarse mesh from plaster pump.
