ANKYLOS C/X implants must only be used with components that are laser-marked with “C/X” “C/” or “/X”, or that belong to the following product groups: Balance Anterior and Posterior abutments, CERCON Balance, provisional abutments Balance, sulcus formers Balance Anterior and SynCone abutments. The use of incompatible components may result in fitting problems, reduction of fatigue strength or damage to the implant. Old abutment components of the following product groups that are not marked are not compatible: Standard abutments, Standard sulcus former compact, Balance Basis abutments, sulcus former Balance posterior, ball anchors, magnetic abutments (no longer in production), Permador abutments.
