Districts should obtain at least three oral price quotations for purchases costing between $5,000 and $25,000, and at least three written price quotations for purchases costing between $25,000 and $50,000. Refer to USFR Memorandum No. 248 and USFR pages VI-G-8 and 9 for detailed requirements.
