Only Jumper Rating 5 competitions and above will be required to have a CJSS and only for their main arena jumper warm up area. A Jumper Rating 5 competition must offer a minimum of $125,000 in jumper prize money. For 2010, that’s about 60 competitions. Most of those 60 are licensed by the FEI which means an FEI Chief Steward will be in charge of the schooling area at these events.
