The World Trade Center (WTC or Twin Towers) was designed by Minora Yamasuki, with construction oversight by Tishman Realty & Construction. Many smaller subcontracted companies also helped the build, including Icanda (foundation work), Karl Koch Erecting Company (construction of steel skeleton), and Aluminum Company of America (outer aluminum skin).
