What companies were involved, and how did the DepthQ® HDs3D-1 projector come about?
Three companies were involved in the creation of the DepthQ® HDs3D-1 projector: Lightspeed Design, Inc., InFocus Corporation, and Texas Instruments, Inc. Building on the first to market success of the original standard-definition InFocus®DepthQ® 3D projector (introduced in 2005), and the DepthQ®-WXGA 3D projector (introduced in 2008), Lightspeed Design again worked with industry innovator InFocus Corporation to improve upon the design. The new DepthQ® HDs3D-1 projectors provide HDMI 1.3 digital input with increased brightness, and incorporate Lightspeeds patent-pending technologies with InFocus proven reliability, providing our most discerning clientele with bright and clear high resolution stereo 3D at an even more affordable price.
