The construction of the $50 million property is to be completed predominantly by local, Sedona-based contractors and craftsmen, making it an all-around hometown residential project that will inject increased economic activity into local businesses. The property is being designed by Don and Bob Woods and built by Schaller Construction. Studio V of Scottsdale, Ariz. provides the interior design services for Park Place.
