The Community Centre will be the focus of the community. The centre is planned to feature an indoor heated swimming pool, gymnasium, library, consulting rooms, hairdresser salon area, lounge area, games room, outside terraced BBQ area and beautician room. The development of the Community Centre facilities will be rolled out in a staged approach. The first stage will include a library, billiard room and lounge area with kitchenette will be provided. Social gatherings and activities are planned for the communal buildings.
