North Korea (headed by Jim Jong-Il) Cuba (headed by Raul Castro) China is iffy- it’s half communist/half capitalist Beyond those countries, there aren’t really any other communist nations left on the planet,except for the possibility of a few in Southeast Asia, such as Vietnam/Laos.

I can name a few. Cuba, China, Russia vexes back on forth. Actually, I would say no real communist state exists. Communism is more a utopian idea that exists in philosophy books and cannot work in the real world. The reason is cannot exist is that people in the real world are breathing human individuals who tend to jockey for dominance over each other. The term has been hijacked by dictatorships and used for their own ends.
